• Relocation services, including assistance with shipping vehicles internationally to the UK, Ireland, and other destinations worldwide.
• Freight forwarding and logistics, including storage, transport, and customs clearance.
3. Use of Our Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our services:
• To engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity
• To violate any local, national, or international law or regulation
• To transmit harmful, illegal, or prohibited goods, including but not limited to contraband, dangerous substances, or items that violate customs or transportation regulations
• To transmit harmful or malicious content, including viruses, malware, or other damaging software.
4. Account and Registration
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account and provide certain personal details. You agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use of your account
5. Orders and Transactions
When you place an order for vehicle purchase, shipping, or relocation services, you agree to the following:
• You must provide accurate and complete information about the vehicle, its delivery, South African RC1 documents and any other relevant details.
• Payment must be made according to the payment terms provided at the time of purchase or booking.
• All transactions are subject to acceptance by Inbound RHD and may be canceled or refused at our discretion.
6. Pricing and Payment
The prices for our services are provided on our website or communicated directly with you. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment for services must be made in accordance with the terms outlined in the agreement or invoice. (We accept payments via bank transfer.)
7. Delivery and Shipping
For vehicle shipping and relocation services:
• We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, but delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Inbound RHD is not responsible for delays resulting from external factors, including but not limited to customs clearance, shipping company delays, adverse weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipping information and are liable for any additional charges incurred due to inaccuracies.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
• You may cancel your order or service request within a specified time frame as outlined in the contract or service agreement.
• Refunds are processed according to the terms agreed upon at the time of the transaction and may not be available if services have already been rendered or if the cancellation occurs after a certain period.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inbound RHD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our liability for any claim will be limited to the amount paid by you for the service in question.
